four of the sweetest ledges ever with a brick ground
A rounded stage consisting of three or four levels. Can gap the big two or the big three, which is fuckin huge. Bike racks can be placed in front of the first stage for a flatbar. Brick ground. A pretty fun place to hang out and skate.
an uber-gnar skateshop with a sick mini ramp in the back
Two nice sets of 8 stairs, and two sets of 8 with cracks at the top. Runway is underneath a hallway and the landing is long with plenty of room to roll. Best to skate on the weekends or in the evening. Summer is best too.
An amazing skatepark by Grindline. Street section is amazing, complete with marble ledges and a pier seven style manny pad. Some pretty mellow hubbas with those really steep slants all over the place. A nice boob style bump and two rails, a short mellow one and a taller one. Two pretty big gaps, one about seven and a half feet tall which Reynolds killed at the opening demo, and a smaller waist high drop as well. Brick banks will be built later this year. There is am amazing pool type bowl with some shallow end stairs and pool coping. The big bowl is pretty amazing, with tons of hips. There is also a sweet cradle which is gnarly. The park is located at the east end of McCormick park. its free and has lights, and there is a helmet rule but is rarely enforced. bring one just in case. just go, its amazing. the thasher website named it as one of the top five new parks in the country. www.missoulaskatepark.org
A bank to wall. It's kind of rough but pretty fun. There is also a drop. Fun for a half our or so.
Stadium style bleacher about sixteen inches high on the track behind the school. Because it's on the track, it's got the smoothest ground ever! If the pigs come a-oinkin, you can run up the mount butte behind the bleacher and run through the property on the other side. Go up the hill, go right until you hit the crater, then go down to your left, jump over the ditch and the old man's yard before peacefully coming out on Gunsight road.
Bunches of Ledges that go around the sidewalk. Lots of cops but they dont care at all. Really nice spot, shady trees and lots of friendly homeless people to chat with. Go, it's fun.
A pretty nice 7 stair, the nicest 3 stair ever with frontside and backside rails, two buttery ledges, about knee high. an over head high gap round back over some grass. There are lots of opportunities to make a pole jam as well. Its pretty fun and you dont have to worry about getting kicked out unless a baseball game is coming up. The stadium is west of the Missoula Skatepark and is pretty fun if the skatepark is full. Nice flatground too and right on the river.
pretty sweet handrail that's a little curved over eigt stairs. if you think you out-gnarred me tell me in a comment. all I did was boardslide to fakie, then I tryed a bluntslide, but that didn't work out to well.
