It's a 3-flat-2 stair the flat isn't too long but it's still fun to skate. You don't have much of a landing only some sidewalk but who gives a shit just roll into the grass Also across 78th is a kickin skate shop called technique. They can hook you up for all your skate shit that you need no matter what it be.
This park flows supa good. It's probably 60% bowl and the rest of the shit is on the outside edges of the bowl and on an island in the center of the bowl. There's also a few banks with handrails on them and a bank with a stoops ledge. They also have some flatbars to get learned on the art of grinding. also check out the gnarly minipipe-ish bowl they got wit a spine transfer into the big bowl. yesh!!!!
just like the first barcelona gap i put up, just the drop isn't as big. same principle though.
Begin your epic journey near the fountain that doubles as a manual pad of such beauty. Roll eastward toward the mighty chasm you must cross. Lanch yourself and your stumpfstick across a flat for a homely distance, then soar over a rock and down a drop, and clear a second flat that is not so ravenously long, but may add to the fear factor of the chasm. Lastly and most graciously feel the breeze through the air as you stomp upon F'ed up "decorative" driveway. Roll away smoothly from suburban Armageddon.
It's at the back of the movie theater so you shouldn't have problems with people getting in your way but if people start to come out of the theater just leave and then come back because peeps usually complain and get your sorry little ass kicked out. It sucks.
It starts out as a pretty damn long flat of bark and grass and stuff like that. Then it drops down a few feet onto a landing of the type of concrete they use for highways. This can throw you off guard on the landing if you ain't playin smooth but the gap is still the shit. It's a lot harder then it looks because you need to ollie the whole distance first before cursed gravity pulls you down to earth again. Basically you have to be haulin' balls and ollie pretty damns hard to be able to put this mo-fo in your next youtube video part. this shit would be tight on youtube though. yeah...
The high school has a six stair on the side and a few tall ledges out front that need waxed. There might be a huge ledge on the side of the school by the football stadium, but I'm not sure. Go see for yourself.
This spot is pretty fuckalicious. it has a nice runway and a good landing. it's behind the building so people won't see and then come out and get pissed. the rail is damn tight too. Giggity giggity goo.... alright!!!!
it's a gap about the size of an extended two stair but you can ollie one of the bushes for a little extra challenge. i know the people that live there so i guess it would be quite well for you to skate this particular obstacle. cheerio, good lads! i must venture forth to munch on some fish and chips, you know. chop-chop!
there's a lil' section of the canal that's paved like a halfpipe, but it never goes completly vertical. it's more like 2 banks with some transition between them and the flat, but it's still hella fun. Then if you go west past the canal there's a bunch of metal box things, no clue what they're used for except for skating. one sticks out past the other two that are next to it, so you can grind it, and another has enough room in front of it so that you can get speed to manual it. there's also a pretty good concrete ledge. all the ledges are short, but they're still cool. there's also a flatground gap that's fun to do when you get bored.
