nice spot really big loading dock drop off and another gap same hieght but longer gap filled with ruble and grass up top where its swept out it has very big flat ground gaps and cinderblock ledges it used to be a old factory and they blasted it down and now its just there i believe it says private property becuase they dont want people to get hurt or anything but the cops drive by and actually watch you its a nice place to skate and get some lines down has numerous flat gaps up top and endless possibilities
